2.1 Design Process

• All custom designs require a 50% deposit before work begins
• Design consultations are scheduled by appointment only
• Final designs must be approved by the client before production
• Changes to approved designs may incur additional charges

2.2 Timeline

• Standard custom orders: 4-6 weeks
• Bridal wear: 3-6 months (recommended)
• Rush orders may be accommodated with additional fees
• Timelines may vary during peak seasons

• 50% deposit required to begin custom work
• Final payment due upon completion
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, mobile money
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Multiple fittings are included in custom design services
• Clients must attend scheduled fitting appointments
• First alteration is complimentary
• Additional alterations may incur charges
• Final fitting must be completed before delivery

• International shipping available worldwide
• Shipping costs calculated based on destination and weight
• Delivery times: 7-14 business days internationally
• Insurance recommended for high-value items
• Client responsible for customs duties and taxes

• Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective
• Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• We will repair or replace defective items at no charge
• Color variations due to monitor settings are not considered defects
• Fabric variations are inherent to handmade items

• All designs remain the intellectual property of RMF Modern Fashion
• Clients may not reproduce or copy designs without permission
• We reserve the right to use photos of completed work for marketing
• Client privacy will be respected in all marketing materials
